The 1st Annual Austin Regional Grilled Cheese Invitational Bread-Butter-Cheese-Victory! Texas style March 22, 2008 The free world's best and most official grilled cheese cooking competition lands in Austin, TX. On March 22, 2008, we will part the mighty mountain of loaves, wade knee-deep in the cheese and swim eye-high in the butter fat to determine who in Austin is a Grilled Cheese Champion™.
